Terms of service
1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to U.S. citizens and legal U.S. residents only, regardless of current location. To claim a prize, the winner must provide a valid U.S. mailing address for prize fulfillment and a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for tax reporting purposes. Prizes will not be shipped, fulfilled, or guaranteed outside of the United States. International entries are not eligible to win unless they meet all of the above conditions. Donors from outside the United States are welcome to contribute in support of our charitable mission, but they will not receive entries and are not eligible to win any prizes. Individuals directly involved in administering, processing, or managing the Drawing are not eligible to win. Donors affiliated with causes supported by L4C (e.g., members of Kollel Derech Chaim) are eligible as long as they do not have access to the Drawing backend.
2. Donations and Entries
No donation is required to enter or win. A donation is not a condition of participation and does not increase your odds of winning. Making a donation supports Jewish causes such as Kollel Derech Chaim, and entitles the donor to receive entries into a Drawing. Entry quantity is based on the donation amount as specified on each campaign page. One-time and recurring donations are accepted. Monthly donors receive entries each month until canceled. Donations are considered non-refundable and tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are being offered in exchange for your donation. By proceeding with your donation, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be required even if, for any reason, you are not entered into a Drawing, and the Drawing will remain valid. 3. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter a Drawing without making a donation, a participant must send a handwritten postcard, 8 inches by 10 inches in size, to the following address:

The postcard must include the participant’s full legal name (no nicknames), phone number, email address, complete mailing address with ZIP code, date of birth in the format MM/DD/YYYY, a written and signed statement confirming that the participant is over 18 years of age, and the exact name of the Drawing being entered. Only one mail-in entry per person is permitted per Drawing. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, improperly sized, late, or not delivered will not be processed or acknowledged, and Luxury4Charity is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail.
4. Drawing Schedule and Winner Selection
Entries for each Drawing close at 2:00 PM EST on the campaign's posted end date. The Drawing will be conducted around 4:00 PM EST the same day using a verifiable random method. A screen recording of the drawing process will be posted on Luxury4Charity’s official Instagram account for public viewing. Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 5 business days. If a winner is unresponsive, unreachable, or ineligible, a new winner may be selected at L4C’s discretion.
5. Prizes
Prizes may include, but are not limited to: luxury watches, vacations, designer goods, jewelry, gift cards, or other high-end experiences. All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranties unless otherwise stated. Luxury4Charity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prize brand or manufacturer (e.g., Rolex, Apple, Hyatt, etc.). Brand names used in connection with prizes are for identification purposes only. Prize images used in promotional materials are illustrative and may not reflect the exact item delivered.
Cash Alternative: Winners of travel, vacation, or experience-based prizes may elect to receive a cash payment equal to 50% of the stated retail value of the prize in lieu of the actual prize. This option must be elected within 7 business days of winner notification. Once a winner accepts the physical prize or begins prize fulfillment, the cash alternative option is no longer available. Cash payments are subject to the same tax reporting requirements as outlined in Section 6.
For luxury getaway prizes, flights will only be provided from the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Winners are responsible for transportation to and from the departure airport. Luxury4Charity does not provide, arrange, or cover any ground transportation, airport transfers, or local travel at the prize destination unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Blackout dates, availability limitations, and other restrictions may apply to certain prizes, including but not limited to travel experiences. Luxury4Charity reserves the right to define or modify these restrictions as needed for prize fulfillment.
6. Tax and Reporting
All winners will be issued a 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize. Winners must provide all necessary tax documentation, including a valid SSN or TIN. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with accepting or using the prize. Failure to provide required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disqualifications
All donations are non-refundable once processed. L4C reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any Drawing at any time for any reason. We may also reject or refund donations or disqualify entries at our sole discretion if fraud, abuse, or error is suspected. Drawings may be rescheduled due to technical or administrative issues.
8. Use of Name and Likeness
By accepting a prize, winners grant L4C the right to use their first name, last name initial, city/state, image, and prize details in promotional materials (including web, social, print, and email), unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Luxury4Charity and its affiliates are not liable for: Technical malfunctions, platform outages, or system errors; Delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers or third-party vendors; Losses, damages, injuries, or death resulting from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including travel-related experiences; Accidents, illnesses, or cancellations during trips, hotel stays, or transportation associated with any prize; Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, whether foreseeable or not. All participation in Drawings and all use of prizes is voluntary and at the winner’s own risk. Luxury4Charity makes no guarantees as to the safety, reliability, or suitability of any prize.
10. Changes to Terms
L4C reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted at luxury4charity.org and becomes effective immediately upon posting.
